Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies.
