Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
