Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
