Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
