Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Granite Community Partners runs community programmes across San Antonio, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
