Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Thistle Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
