Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
