Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Nest Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
