Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
