Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in San Antonio with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
