Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Orchard Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
