Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
