Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Cross Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
