Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
