Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Systems and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
