Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Loom Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
