Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Nest Property Management is a Sacramento property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
