Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
