Bluepeak Vale Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
