Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
