Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Richmond, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
