Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Richmond, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
