Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
