Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
