Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Yarrow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
