Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
