Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 823 people based in Reno. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
