Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Reno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
