Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Reno, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
