Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
