Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Reno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
