Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Nest Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Birmingham. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
