Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
