Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Nest Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
