Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
