Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Reno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
