Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Savannah, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
