Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
