Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Loom Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
