Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
