Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Basin Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
