Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Iron Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
