Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone West Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
