Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Community Partners Group is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
