Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
