Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
