Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Atlanta, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
