Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Field Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
