Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Nova Field Learning Group is an education provider in Houston serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
