Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 729 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
